Been out of town...but even so, I picked up some cool new shoes.

Ok, they're not FASHION plate shoes...but they're way cool for hiking and jogging in and out of water AND I can even throw them in the wash when they're filthified - according to the sales lady. They're KEEN (I don't mean "neato keen" that's really the brand name.)

And my pal Gretchen got a pair of nifty clogs. There's a phrase I never thought I'd say, "nifty clogs...."
